ABOUT THE ROLE: +

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of UX, digital, and print. WHAT YOU’LL DO: +
  • Create responsive and mobile-optimized website visuals, layouts, and functionality for performance and accessibility
  • Support website updates and basic web design tasks, including landing pages and UI enhancements
  • Assist in the creation of digital assets such as web and PPC assets, email templates, landing pages, UI elements, and social media content (video and graphics)
  • Design print materials including brochures, business cards, signage, direct mailers, and sales enablement materials for both PostScout and Associates International
  • Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper resolution, color settings, and formatting
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative solutions for campaigns across both brands
  • Maintain brand consistency across print and digital materials for PostScout and Associates International
  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in both print and digital spaces
  • Actively participate in weekly collaboration meetings—sharing works in progress, offering insight, and talking through what’s working (and what’s not) to make the work stronger
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: +
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multi-Media Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work accepted)
  • Highly proficient in WordPress, including theme customization and basic HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with SEO-friendly design and web accessibility best practices
  • Highly proficient with various web design tools such as WordPress, Elementor, Infigo, Figma, and Adobe XD
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly, Premiere)
  • Strong typography, layout, and branding skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Customer Success Manager

About The Role +

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be the driving force behind customer onboarding, training, and long-term success with our platform. You’ll be the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them from initial setup through campaign execution and optimization. You’ll work hands-on with customers during their critical first campaigns, ensuring they understand the platform’s capabilities and see tangible results.

This is a foundational role for our growing team. You’ll have significant influence over how we structure customer success processes, create training resources, and build lasting relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate thrives on helping others succeed, enjoys teaching and training, and can translate technical platform features into business value.

What You’ll Do +

Customer Onboarding & Implementation:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions from sale to active platform user
  • Conduct personalized kickoff calls to understand customer goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives
  • Configure customer accounts, set up CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and ensure proper data import
  • Execute initial campaigns alongside customers, demonstrating best practices for list building, creative design, and optimization

Training & Customer Education:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions (live and recorded) that help customers master platform functionality
  • Maintain training documentation, help articles, video tutorials, and best practice guides
  • Educate customers on the PostScout Intelligence Framework™ and how to apply it to their specific use cases

Relationship Management & Retention:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding customer challenges and proactively offering solutions
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify at-risk accounts and intervene proactively
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, relaying feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Drive retention, identify upsell opportunities, and cultivate customer advocates
What We’re Looking For +

Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (SaaS or marketing technology preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and train customers on software platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience building customer relationships and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills

What You'll Do +

AI-Powered Prospecting & Lead Qualification:

  • Leverage Landbase, our agentic AI prospecting platform, to identify and qualify high-fit prospects using natural language prompts and real-time market signals
  • Use Landbase's AI agents to build targeted prospect lists in minutes—not days—by describing your ideal customer profile and letting the platform's 300M+ verified contacts and 1,500+ buying signals do the heavy lifting
  • Harness AI-driven qualification to validate accounts against our ICP, ensuring you're always focused on the highest-potential opportunities
  • Craft personalized, high-impact outreach using AI-generated insights on prospect pain points, trigger events, and "why now" messaging
  • Dive deep into target verticals (higher education, nonprofits, real estate, home services) using Landbase's research capabilities to understand buyer challenges and tailor your approach

Outreach & Pipeline Development:

  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn—armed with AI-enriched prospect intelligence
  • Book qualified meetings for our Business Development Representatives to advance through the pipeline
  • Master PostScout's platform and value proposition, confidently positioning our solutions to prospects across target verticals
  • Compete against your own best performance by maintaining high activity levels and consistently hitting (or surpassing) KPIs

Operations & Collaboration:

  • Keep HubSpot data clean, accurate, and actionable—syncing insights from Landbase to ensure visibility for the broader team
